#1 You should trust yourself even when others don’t,

But try to bear the truth that you have spoken.

And remember the difference between your goals and reality.

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you then you maybe are undefeatable to all.

Don’t look too good nor talk too wise.

If you can have tons of fun and keep your virtue.

If you can take all of you winnings and risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss, and lose but never breathe a word about your loss.

And start again at your beginnings.

If all men count with you, but none too much;

Yours is the earth and everything in it.

#2 If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

Or have people lie about you,

Don’t try to lie.

If you can dream and not make dreams your king;

If you can think and make thoughts not your strike.

If you can meet with disaster and triumph,

And treat both fakes the same.

If you can take all of your winnings and risk it on one game,

And lose,

You never even write a word about your loss.

If neither strangers nor loving family/friends can hurt you,

If all people count with you, but none too much,

If you can fill in the unforgiving minute with 60 seconds worth of distance sprint,

Yours is the universe and everything in it.
